Step 1: Go to STARZ.com

Step 2: Finish Signing-Up

You’re only two steps away from some serious entertainment consumption. On this page, you’ll be prompted to input the payment information. Make sure this is the payment method you’d like to stay on file once you continue with your subscription when the free trial ends. 

Fill in the details. You’ll have an option between a monthly rate and a quarterly rate for your subscription once your free trial ends. You’ll also see a notice at the bottom stating you won’t be charged any amount until after your free trial expires. Click continue to move on to the last step. 

You’ll be presented with a third and last step—setting your password. To complete your account, just pick a password and click “Continue.”

Canceling Your STARZ Free Trial

You don’t have to stick with your new STARZ subscription if you find that it’s not for you. STARZ gets it- we all have bills to pay, and sometimes we need to put services on pause. Canceling your trial is just as easy as signing up for it. You can avoid ever being charged for a subscription by canceling before the 7-day trial ends. 

To end your trial, just click on the smiling face in your screen’s top right when on the STARZ homepage. Click on “Settings” from the drop-down menu, and you’ll be taken to a new page. Scroll down to the section that’s titled “My Subscription.”

Once you’ve found the menu that contains your payment details, you’ll also see options on the right side of the menu to alter your plan and cancel your subscription. Click on “Cancel subscription to open up a survey asking why you’re leaving. 

You’ll have to click an option to finishing canceling by clicking the “Cancel Subscription” button at the bottom of the page, at which point STARZ will ask you for the final time if you’re sure you’d like to cancel at that point.

You’ll be shown a list of movies to entice you into staying with STARZ. If you’re set on your choice to cancel, you can click on the “Cancel subscription” button at the bottom of the page.
