Remember the good ol’ days of paper jams, streaky ink, and hours wasted trying to figure out your printer? Those were the times. Thankfully, the technology gods smiled upon us and delivered a simple solution to one of the contributors to early graying and hair loss.
Adobe Acrobat Pro is a comprehensive PDF solution that allows you to take all your work digital. No need to print out forms to fill them out or sign them! It can all be done on your computer or even your phone.
Adobe’s PDF suite, Adobe Acrobat Pro, allows you to not only fill out your PDFs but to sign, convert, edit and create documents of your own. Because Adobe offers the software on desktop, mobile, and web, your documents sync up across devices to pick up where you left off on the go.
Another awesome thing? You can convert ANYTHING into a PDF. So, if you want to make a certain website into a PDF document for a presentation, you can do that using Adobe Acrobat Pro.
Got a lengthy document that needs multiple signatures? You can collect e-signatures and track them directly in the app, to ensure everything gets signed on time.
If you’re a professional who deals with many documents and requires signatures collection, Adobe Acrobat might be an essential app in your arsenal. This program is especially important if you deal with custom document creation. If you’re a paralegal or lawyer, it is a must to have Adobe Acrobat Pro.
Not sure if you need such a comprehensive suite? It would be best if you tried the trial before committing to the full subscription.
Start your free trial sign up by clicking on the blue button titled ‘Get started’ on the main Adobe Acrobat Pro landing page.
Unlike many other Adobe Creative Suite products like Photoshop, Illustrator, or Lightroom, Adobe Acrobat Pro doesn’t take you to a multiple plan page. Instead, you are taken to a checkout page where you’ll select your subscription type on the right-hand side after entering your email.
Choosing one of the annual plans, whether monthly or pre-paid, gives you a $15/month subscription. The monthly plan alone bumps that price up to $24.99/month. We chose the annual month-to-month subscription for this trial.
Adobe requires payment information to start your trial. Your card won’t be charged until the day after your trial, so make sure to set a calendar reminder for yourself if you’re just interested in trying out the software without being charged.
After filling in payment details, click ‘Agree and subscribe.’ The next page will give you an order confirmation and ask you to set your password for your Adobe ID email address. Make sure you remember these so you can access your account to cancel anytime.
Before you can begin your installation, Adobe will ask you to provide your level of experience with the software as well as any relevant information to set up your software for your level of skill.
Once you continue, your installation will begin. You’ll have the Adobe Creative Suite installed, and Adobe Pro DC will open up. You’ll see the number of days you have left in your trial on the lower left-hand side of the program.
Leave it to Adobe to provide complete, comprehensive tutorials of their products! If you’re looking to learn how to use the software effectively, head here to find articles.
Are you thinking of extending your free trial into a full plan? Try canceling your current plan first! Adobe provides special offers to keep you on board, and you might walk away with a much less expensive subscription in your first year if you take this extra step.
Enjoy your Adobe Acrobat Pro Free Trial and possibly new subscription!
