Head over to your email where Philo will have sent you both a link to sign up through and a code to use for signing up. Choose an option, and both will take you to the next page of signing up—the last step!

Canceling Your Philo Free Trial

First, head to the upper-right corner of your Philo dashboard and click the little smiling face that will take you to your subscription page. 

Once you’ve landed on your subscription page, look at the tab of menu options on the top, and choose “Account.” From there, scroll to the bottom of the page, where you’ll find your payment details. Find the button at the bottom that says, “Cancel my account.”

As you probably guessed, you must click that button. From there, Philo will ask why you’re canceling. If you’d rather not deal with a survey during your break up, just find the very last button that says “Cancel subscription” and click away. 

Once you’ve selected the “Cancel subscription” button, you’ll receive an immediate confirmation page stating they will not charge you for your subscription. Pretty simple, right?
