What You Need to Know About Your Free Trial

  2. You must input your credit card to sign up for the free 7-day trial. You won’t be charged if you cancel before the seven days are up.
  3. The free trial of Adobe Audition gives you full access to the software’s abilities. 
  4. Cancellation is simple and fast — no emails or customer service to deal with.

Once here, you’ll see this landing page below. The page tells you a little about the program and some tasks you can perform with it.

There’s an option to “Buy Now,” but you want to click the option instead that reads, “Free Trial.”

Step 2: Select the trial plan you’d like to try.

From here, you have the option to trial Adobe Audition. They also offer you to trial the entire bundle of Adobe products at once, known as the Adobe Creative Cloud. Select the one that works best for you.

You’ll also see three tabs on the top of the pop-up labeled “Individuals,” “Business,” and “Students & Teachers.” Select the one that best represents you.

Now that you’ve made your selections find the button that says “Start Your Free Trial” and begin the next step on your journey to exceptional audio editing.

Step 3: Continue the check-out process.

You’re almost finished, but there are a couple of more details to finish checking out.

From here, they ask you to enter your email address. Please make sure you use a valid email because they will ask you to confirm that email. Once you type in your email, click “Next.”

At this point, you’ll see a check out page. Enter your credit card details and complete the form and click “Agree and Subscribe.”

Once you enter that information correctly, you will “Set Your Password.” Notice the requirements for setting your password and enter a valid password of your choosing.

Step 4: Install the Creative Cloud software.

After you finish the above step, you will have to confirm your email by simply opening your email inbox and following the prompts from Adobe. Finally, it’s time to download and install the Creative Cloud App. At this point you may be wondering, “Why are they having me download the Creative Cloud software when I just wanted Adobe Audition?”.

Don’t let this confuse you! Creative Cloud is the app that Adobe uses for all its programs. So, it’s on the Creative Cloud app where you’ll have access to your free trial of Adobe Audition. You might also see other Adobe programs like Photoshop, which they also provide with Creative Cloud.
